Thriving medical recruitment company with an outstanding family culture seeking recruiters for long-term career opportunities. Business hours run Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No previous recruitment experience is required. New hires will be trained for the position and industry.
Compensation details for Healthcare Recruiter :
$55,000 to $65,000 first year or higher for self-motivated candidates
One-hour lunch break, half of which is paid. Hence, candidates will work 37.5 hours per week, but will be paid for 40 hours per week.

IRA with 3% match after 60 days
One-week paid vacation for first year, 2 weeks on 2nd year and 3 weeks after 5 years
Requirements for Healthcare Recruiter :
Self-Motivated with preferred 3 years sale experience
Strong grammatical and relationship skills
Careful attention to detail
Comfort communicating with candidates by phone and email. Most contacts are client initiated
Punctuality and reliable attendance an absolute must
